Technically we are still at war with North Korea.

Are you willing to let North Korea develop nuclear weapons systems that are capable of hitting anywhere in the United States? That is the question we must answer. I think it is almost certain if they have an ICBM they will attempt to blackmail us and our allies.

Replace NK with any country in the world and you'd have bombing anything and everything.
