re: Best fixed blade camping/survival knife

I've got a full size Kabar I usually strap to my boot when I'm in the woods. It's such a good knife. I picked up a Gerber Strongarm on sale at academy on an impulse a few months ago. It's got pretty good reviews online and honestly has become one of my favorite knives. I carry it on me when I'm in the kayak.

Ive got a little Esee Izula. It's a fun little knife and it carries well at the small of your back on a horizontal mount.
