WOW.....who ever is writing these spec's is a fricking genius. Aesthetically pleasing??? There is no way to quantify that.....so what happens is the contractor designs a drab arse exampl
This stuff isn't super secret either you can look it up if you actually want to be informed

So why don't you enlighten us as to how you quantify aesthetically pleasing?
I deal with this everyday and have for the last 25 years...and I assure you it gives bidders a boner to find such language Ina RFP or any sort of request for input.....and it causes all sorts of problems going forward...
So come on, skippy...quantify aesthetically pleasing...
