I heard they got the ghetto dwellers out to vote against. Bused them to the polls.
From a guy i know at Edward Jones, this was a sweat heart deal for City, they basically would of owned Stadium/ with out having to fund for future repairs or upgrades, and would of held title to team, so no moving.

Oh, I'm sure your billionaire owners will come out and magically find the money after asking the ghetto dwellers to foot the bill for them. And it will hang over your team's ethos for the forseeable future.
