I don't know much about these statues as far as weight or location specifics, but lets just say it takes a full 40hr week to do this with 1 250T truck crane with 1 operator and 2 riggers plus all the necessary trucks for counter weights, statue transportation, etc etc
This could be probably done for sub 60k

Permits? Road closures and crews? Insurance? Off duty police for security and traffic control? What else am I missing?
