Your ISP is allowed to offer faster speeds now, nothing is stopping them. That isn't what net neutrality is about. What they aren't allowed to do is provide one speed for certain data but not others. Nothing stops them currently from offering a "fast lane" i.e. a faster connection, they all do this. Net neutrality prevents them from making their own content faster than their competitors, nickle and diming you over website access, or making it so sites have to pay them a kickback to have reasonable speeds delivered to you.
You don't understand the implications, it's not getting you faster internet. So stop arguing for it!
