No one argued that point. My contention was that within the MOE, they COULD be equally blamed. In fact, at 5.2% MOE, Ryan COULD actually receive more of the blame if every Republican was to cast an actual 'vote'

a 3% difference within a 5.2% MOE isn't a gloatable difference, as that poster had tried to do (was my point)

Well there not technically the MOE of the difference of those two proportions; it's actually about 4.3%
