The base runner is forced out at first, so I would think the runner scoring from second doesn't count.
Disclaimer: Haven't umpired since the summer after high school
I just looked it up, and I'm wrong. Evidently the appeal is a "time play" instead of a force out, so the run stays on the board.

There was no force.. batter never became a runner.. the runner on first chose to leave the base, not because of a force
