His point was giving every kid on the team playing time and not sitting them while they are kids ruins them when they get to high school and college because they aren't used to "working while they wait" i.e. Sitting the bench.

He's kinda right but his delivery was kinda douchey

I'm not sure what Rec leagues he is following but no kid sits the bench. They all play no matter what. This is what drives many parents to TB, imv.

TB, when not done the crazy way, is great for a kid with some skill and a love for the game.
