I think the game in Wisconsin really accelerated a lot of these discussion amongst the administration and members of the board. Seeing how well it was situated at that iconic venue really opened a lot of eyes to the possibilities inside Tiger Stadium

Where was the beer garden? I remember a spot in the parking lot where there was a huge tent to sit/drink in along with outside stations to by beer as well as a stage for entertainment. It was very nice, but there would be no way LSU could duplicate that unless the tent was at the entrance to the PMAC where a band currently plays before home games.

Labeau was a stadium surrounded by a huge parking lot on all sides. Tiger Stadium only has one big parking lot connected to the stadium on the west side.
