I have used Photobucket for years, but it has been a buggy piece of crap for the last several months. I've seen others complain of the same.

Yeah, Bucket went to hell. Imgur is fine, and Tinypic is easy and requires no sign up or registration.

Didn't want to start a new thread about this. Trying to post picture from desktop. Uploaded to Imgur and got URL, pasted into img box under "Markup" - but when I go to preview I just get the little tiny box with an X or the little broken image link photo. I tried with Imgur, tinypic, photobucket and got the same result each time.
ETA: Tried in Chrome and IE and neither worked.

In Tinypic, copy the last url on the bottom. It's the "direct" link, I think it's that way on imgur as well.
