I've been to Paris a dozen times and I've never had anyone be rude to me. When people say that Parisians were rude to them, they generally mean "I didn't even try to speak their language and acted like an a-hole American tourist."
In other words, it's usually not them. It's you.
I don't act like an American tourist when I travel. They are rude to everyone, especially if you can't speak French. My wife speaks fluent french and still get attitude when there for work. It's city you see once then mark it off the bucket list. Much better time on the French coast down on the med.

I've traveled France from Normandy to Nice and parts between. Never had a bad experience, with the exception of my previous post about dog shite in Antibes.
There are people in the US that make Parisians seem like the friendliest place on Earth... NYC for example. I love New York but native New Yorkers are some assholes.
And you can't possibly see everything that Paris has to offer in one trip. I haven't seen it all after twelve of them.

I never had an issue with rude people in Paris the two times I went there. I speak little French, yet all I encountered were polite, or at the least, not impolite. But, I still prefer London.
