Mexico City or London

The problem with Mexico City is that Mexico is a shithole. They are going to have a real problem attracting players to play there. Especially in a salary cap league where they can't over pay.

For London, it's about the logistics. Players aren't going to want to play there and have to travel 6-7+ times a year to get back and play their away games.

I think the next city is probably Toronto or maybe Portland? Jerry Jones has a strangle hold on the NFL so while he's alive no way does Austin or SA get a team.

Actually another problem is that it might be difficult to get players to agree to play at 8,000 feet above sea level, too. Mexico City is actually nicer than most here will give it credit, though. It is nothing like the northern states.

I guess you have never been to Mexico

Certain parts of Mexico City and especially Monterrey are just as posh and modern as any US city

The difference is that the slums in Mexico City are like the US has never seen.
The point is the entire country is not poor and is home to some of the richest people in the world
