Also, that post didn't say she was never married. Could be divorced or widowed and had the car from better times.
You can also get a nice car from Bridge House without spending a lot.
She could be cheating the system, obviously. But there are legitimate ways that could happen.

Well, section 8 pays her monthly $1000 rent for her, she gets disability for some bullshite, and then government assistance since she's poor.
