The problem is the cost that should really matter are the cost of the people that are actually paying for their insurance and not having it subsidized. The middle class is getting raped.

He also never mentions the affect on premium increases that increasing deductibles have.

Of course premiums aren't increasing as fast. Deductibles are increasing which reduce premium requirements.

That's 3% of the population. Why not help that 3% instead of fricking over 100% as Republicans want to do?
