Would have to pay me to live there....And I'd still rather gladly pay my mortgage for the house I have now over being paid to live there.

Honestly, that doesn't look any different than most mid city homes that people shell out big bucks for. If this pushes the ghetto further from downtown, I may be for it.

They are paying a premium for land that doesn't flood, and trying to save on the house that goes on it.

I do not see vinyl siding or wheels....

A modular house is not a mobile home. This looks like a bland, cheaper version of the tract homes built in the 1940s.
