I'm assuming he's an illegal based on my experience with the media. If they don't give an address, hometown, or any background on a suspect, you can assume they're an illegal. Otherwise they would put it in the article.

How often do they put the address, especially in the initial articles? I just looked up some local stories, and I didn't see any addresses listed. Maybe he's illegal, but your evidence for this is based on the lack of evidence.

Making assumptions and asking people to prove them wrong is a bit obtuse. Youve been watching Fox News for too long, bud.

To answer your question, i don't know about his residency status and neither do you but i would assume he doesn't participate in politics either way.
