Movie Being Filmed Downtown

From the looks, there is a small scale movie being filmed, as of this posting, in front of the capitol on Spanish Town Road. Anyone know what it is? A Google searched gave me nothing.

i saw a car seen about to be filmed on river road by laburge. Cops were about to block river road at 5pm... fricking assholes.

I saw that on the walk to work this morning. At first I thought it looked like Anthony Bourdain sitting in a chair, but when I looked closer I don't think it was.

I got stopped by one of the workers when I was driving through because they were filming and he said it was a sci-fi movie called "the region"

They had the road in front of the capital shut down with a white exotic sports car prepping for a shot. I was driving and didn't get a good enough of a look to determine the make.
