What ancestry service did you do? My wife is adopted as well and did the ancestry dna test. We just got % of what country(s) she's probably from. There were no names of relatives listed. Did you pay more than the $100 deal?

It shows relatives too (I cropped out the names):

I have thousands of DNA relatives, but most of them are labeled "third to distant cousin" in which I share less than a quarter of a percent of DNA.

She used the regular test. It will give you a list of blood relatives and put the little leaf as a suggestion. She pays the monthly fee. Ancestry also has "angels" that will help you search.
