In response to the person with one post that posted that strange web site.

Trump admin challenges Hawaii judge’s halt on new travel ban | Fox News

Obama, I mean The Hawaii judge, told Trump to pound sand in response about 5 hours ago. Originally reported in the LATimes but I am not paying to read them, nor will I post them.

Well I wouldn't expect a judge to just change his/her ruling, expecially when the ruling isn't really about the legal aspects of the law itself, beyond the aspects for the TRS.

Hawaii Fed Judge

quote:

Attorney Colleen Roh Sinzdak says a Muslim plaintiff in the lawsuit, Ismail Elshikh, has such standing to challenge the ban. Elshikh says the ban prevents his mother-in-law, who lives in Syria, from visiting family in Hawaii.

Imagine the coincidence.

quote:

The judge in Hawaii who put President Donald Trump's revised travel ban on hold was nominated to the federal bench by President Barack Obama.

Just coincidence.

quote:

The judge says Hawaii is likely to succeed on a claim that the ban violates the First Amendment right protecting people against religious discrimination.

How is this exactly "religious" discrimination?

No pissant judge should wield this power. Congress needs to revise district court jurisdiction.
