Well that settles it. Time to open the gates from Syria, Yemen, Somalia, and Libya. We NEED them to reduce our crime.

Its the same bullshite shell game.. If officials cannot ask the legal status of those involved in police contact events, it not possible to have an accurate database to draw conclusions from.
If illegal criminals are protected by "Sanctuary Cities" or officials that cut people loose before any data on them can be entered, its not possible to have an accurate database to draw conclusions from....rinse and repeat.
