CAF is an abomination to anything close to freedom.

At best it occasionally deters crime. At worst it's literal highway robbery. It closes the gap between a traffic stop and robbery at gunpoint.

Even worse is the Faustian deal most police officers made to take the blood money. All that does is blacken their image in the eyes of civilians.
