You people are why it is impossible to end a government program once it starts, even if it was meant to be temporary. You have no ability whatsoever to comprehend the possibility that other people and entities will step in to take the place of the government.
Americans spent 17.07 BILLION DOLLARS in 2016 on arts and entertainment. You think none of that was money spent by the poor?

I actually don't. Dems-pubs do. Like yourself. How about the military, corporate welfare, The police dept of ed, SS, Medicare all be ended as well. I'm alll for ending government waste. Why don't we just end it all?
