Working over Virginia right now. 2 straight trips to the tourney. Love the way they play. I wouldn't be upset with his hire

No, please no. We need someone who has been successful more than once. He has not really proven himself enough.

How many guys take over a mid major that has 7 straight losing seasons and wins the conference in the first 3 years he takes over?

This is my guy if we go for a mid major guy, without a doubt.
I'd rather him over Crean. matter fact the only guy i'd rather than him is Bray, if he's even a possibility.

I'll concede the need to try to go for a coach with more of a longer record of success (and excluding Stansbury or Kermit I'm shooting a bit higher) first, but if you give a legit try and get outbid by all the other schools who care 10 times more about hoops than us, I actually think Keats would be an excellent fall back hire.

He is a patino protégée. And has won the conference 2 of the 3 years he's been there. Hell hes been to the tourney as many times as jones and only been a head coach for 3 years

I would take him in a heartbeat. Top level recruiter that can actually coach. Turned a shitty UNCW team in to a force in 2 years.

Unfortunately, he's probably going to hold out for a bigger job.

LSU would be lucky to pluck him away before an ACC school does

you'd have to believe if Miller goes to Indiana, Keats would have to be NC State's #1 target
