They will never get it. They think Coach O salary is justified because of market value, but also a good market value to "save" money for staff. Any thinking man would offer the truth that there was ZERO market competition for Coach O as a HC besides LSU. That's the true market value.

Its crazy. A poster in this thread said he would take our staff over paying 10 million for Saban and 2 competent coordinators.
