Just beat a guy that was 240-153. You'd think with that many games under his belt he'd know how to user an LB effectively and have more than four plays on offense.
My first Lobby game since the first month the game dropped.

I was a D-line user for years, learned to user the linebackers 2 years ago, and I'm never going back.
It's amazing to me how much money people spend to build a 99 overall team in MUT and still user the defensive tackle

Nickel blitz 2 is nothing compared to the nanos of Madden 16.
1. Block HB
2. shift line to the blitz side twice
3. Profit

Fire edge Blitz or something like that out of the Dollar works a lot better than the Nickel version.
I just tell my TE to stay in and block if I see those DBs sitting on the LOS scrimmage. Or audible to a flood play. Or FL Screen. Or a mesh variation.

Doesn't make a lick of sense. I get it (sorta) if you're going up against an inferior OL. But then again, a good user LB can make the defense so much better.

People user the dline because they're afraid of screwing up in coverage and getting burnt.

I'm in year four in the one I run. The guys I got on here were cheezeballs. Not even good ones. They were terrible.

That too. It's just much more rewarding when you bait a guy. Usering DL is a snoozer. Esp people who dive sack the entire game :/

We're in year 2021 in the one I'm in via OS. We sim every other year to get deeper into the CFM and actually are able to see players progress, and older players retire. If any interest let me know. We may have a team open currently, think someone may have just got da boot but normally have a full 32. Good time to get in for Madden 18 if nothing else.

I play a mix of CB, S, and LB. D line is painfully boring to play.

Wish EA would fix how be defense reacts to Play Action. Even when you tell them to watch for the pass, it draws the flat zones to come down to the LOS half the time. I just want them to hover above the LOS like normal. Not protect the edge against an outside run.

Oh yeah I get torched on occasion...when it happens on that fly route I want to toss the controller....especially when you've been shutting them down the whole time.

Hopefully with the new Frostbite engine, these issues will get nerf'd. But these degenerates will find something new to exploit
