Lol, you need a link to consitution? Fine.

Here is a link to the 1st Ammendment.

Here is link to one of several cases in which the courts found that the press cannot be held liable for the publication of truthful information of public concern as long as the publishers themselves did nothing illegal to obtain it. The paragraph that is being posted in here even stipulates that it applies to publication in any manner NOT PROVIDED BY LAW. The manner of publication we're discussing here is protected by the constitution. Simple stuff, really.

There are other similar rulings that further demonstrate how this publication is protected, but I'll leave finding them as an exercise for the reader.

This is strange. MSNBC are propagandists, but they have seemed to have journalistic integrity throughout the election. They'll openly say what they're about and say what they think. They haven't actively tried to rig things for candidates, like CNN did at every turn. They didn't play Trump's rallies unedited for months on end. Don Lemon and Wolf Blitzer are pathological liars that try to lie to the American people to turn them into brainwashed slugs.

With Maddow and Matthews though, I think they're more like O'Reilly in that they directly say what they believe and don't lie to the people. They come across as genuine people on the left unlike anyone at CNN (possibly save for Van Jones). They don't cut people off (as far as I've seen) that say things they don't like. CNN and ABC though do this all the fricking time.

So I'm going to sit on this. Maddow I don't think would leak anything if she thinks it may ruin her reputation. Instead likely on Zucker's commands, Donna Brazille takes the fall and becomes the Chair of the DNC. I'll sit on this.
