That looks like dogshit and is not what I've seen, outside of the greens on the right.

Ethiopian food has similar style dishes that Indian food has. Meats and veggies are cooked in thick sauces, and you use sourdough flatbread to pick up your food from the plate. It's made to be shared. Some dishes can be spicy (hot) but very tasty.

This is how you eat ethiopian food

You can't go wrong with the Doro Wott, which is served at most places.

OK google "Ethiopian Food" I bet 90% of the responses are Injera with pastes and sauces on top. What I posted is what most consider ethiopian. Injera with sauces and pastes.

I didn't say it wasn't good, only that it didn't look good.
