Judge on FOX just said Potus doesn't have to get a warrant from court to spy on anyone he wants. Needs to claim it's based on national security. Now we know why BO and Clapper parse their words about warrant.

When that Obama spokesclown came out yesterday and said Obama never sought a warrant to spy on US citizens, I knew he was parsing somewhere.
