Crawfish house in Houma makes their own blend. I've won boil offs using their stuff.

Im from Acadiana and we dont put no seasoning on the outside of the crawfish. Thats for people that dont know how to boil crawfish. Let em soak and you dont need extra seasoning. When you break a pincher and can pull the meat out of it without cracking the shell, they cooked to perfection.
