It'll do a sack...30-38 lbs. add 1 or 2 boxes of salt. Plus the liquid. You'll quit buying the other mixes.

Otis, do you personally add 2 cups of the Zatarain liquid or is that going to be too spicy? You are one of the main reasons I want to try this Chackbay out. I've seen where you posted Chackbay numerous times is the way to go. I did a search on here though and there was a debate on how much liquid Zatarains to add. A couple of guys said add one small bottle and cayenne. I just don't want to screw up a $75 sack of crawfish.
