Not nearly as interesting as you might expect. At one of my lodges we have a basic meal (sometimes hotdogs, sometimes lasagna, depends on who's doing the cooking), the we go into the lodge room, open the meeting, discuss business much like any group would, close the meeting, and retire to the dining room again for coffee and cigarettes (for those that smoke).

My other lodge is quite formal. We open, discuss business, someone presents a scholarly paper, we close, then travel to a fine dining establishment for dinner.

That's your typical meeting.
