While that's their right not to show it, that quote about Jesus sitting next to them just proves so many stereotypes about the south.
I'd posit that that guy is more concerned with his grandkids "turning gay", (which is ridiculous), than he is with Jesus watching the movie with him, which is equally ridiculous.
