Looks like a typically unsophisticated, clumsy Nigerian email fraud/scam. 100% chance this has nothing to do with Dolezal, other than for some unfathomable reason, the Nigerian crooks decided to put her name on the scam.

Our Rachel Dolezal is nowhere near 69 years old (unless she now "identifies" as 69), and she lives in Washington (unless she moved, or she now "identifies" as a Floridian).

Indeed, that's what made it so hysterical. The name recognition alone is what made me open the email. Not enough bad things can happen to this race-baiting fraud.
