"pedophiles" - that word actually means something, you know, and it doesn't include people who abuse 14 year olds. Those people are vile as well for abusing their power, for sexualizing young men before they are ready for it mentally, etc etc etc (and its particularly vile from people who are supposed to be moral and spiritual guides), but it's a fundamentally different thing than the kind of sickos that prey on pre-pubescent children.
That difference explains why non-monstrous people did things like move Priests around instead of whatever you think you would have done in the situation.


The Church heirarchy is currently infested to an unknown extent with sexually perverted men. It's a huge problem for Catholics to deal with. We need to root them out.
But it's got very little to do with you bunch of Church haters who wouldn't have Western Civilization at all without the Church whose oldest traditions you pretend to be informed enough to judge.
