Everyone says benefits and they're not wrong but consider these things

1. Check the insurance. Is the insurance actually worth a shite. That matters.

2. PTO is a non-issue. I have never had PTO and won't for at least 7 months. It suxks and you start going a little crazy and your work might suffer but i mean, if you're hourly, taking time off is the last of your concerns. You should be aiming to impress.

3. As other people have said, does your job contribute? If not, you can open your own 401k. Not sure exactly how it works but it's possible.

4. How much is a $6 increase. Do you get overtime often?
