I would think this to be higher. It is crazy the trashy family members receiving $15K returns when they make $30K a year.

No, it was SUPPOSED to incentivize working, but the deadbeats figured out quickly how to exploit the loophole in it and get thousands without working a single day during the year.

Nope. Made a little more, had a child, got back less than the previous year.
