My wife had ovarian cancer in 2003 at age 28. Caught it early and had large tumor and one ovary removed. No chemo and had kids in 2005 and 2006 (hysterectomy after 2nd). Still Doing great in 2017. So there are some success stories. Good luck,

Slow down Dawg. Your wife is 31 yo with a previous hysterectomy for endometriosis? She still has her ovaries, right?She now has a pelvic mass on exam,but US and CA-125 are pending. This is most likely a benign process, and above tests will help clarify things.
Second opinions are often a good idea, especially if she doesn't have confidence in her Gynecologist. I hope she gets through this well
