For all I care, Rantz could talk over the game about anything.
The guy has busted his arse for many years to get LSU baseball on TV.
He doesn't get nearly enough credit for growing LSU baseball into what it is today.

This is very true. 10 to 15 years ago there was nowhere to watch any college baseball on tv and Rantz went out and sold LSU baseball to the advertisers and was able to get LSU baseball out to the fans all across the south. Rantz used to get all the regional games on tv. He deserves a lot of credit for what he has done.
