Why don't these town halls just ask for drivers licenses to prove that those people are truly from those districts? Or is that racist?

Why would they only need to be from the district i question? These are NATIONAL politicians setting policy for the entire nation. I am certain when Scott Walker was undergoing recall you were opposed to anyone outside of the state being involved...and that was a state issue....this is a federal issue.

This is what democracy looks like. They could run and hide like so many of their counterparts and have telephone town halls...but those people are going to pay an even heavier price when their GOP supporters but not Trump supporters come to the realization that they do not have access to their elected officials any more than the protestors do.

This is what y'all wanted. You wanted a president who would say shite no matter the consequences...many of you have said time and again that the biggest draw of Trump was the effect he had on the left...well this is that effect...you asked for it, you begged for it and it is the culmination of your best fantasies....The GOP establishment and the Democratic establishment was fully satisfied with boring old status quo candidates....they do not stand a chance going forward...it is going to be most outrageous and most outspoken candidate who can make the most outlandish promises to the most people who will win elections going forward...and who is better equipped to be a populist...someone who is bent on socialist ideas where wealthy people see their wealth handed out to the masses are someone who supports the boss and his eating steak while the masses eat collard greens....Conservatism has failed....even the base of the conservative party looked to someone other than a conservative in this election....Barrack Obama DESTROYED the conservative movement in this nation...and the Trump base is not going to be satisfied with tax cuts for the wealthy when there aren't any more jobs and no more income for the middle class....they will realize 2 things...Trump said shite that he didn't have any way to carry out and that the next person they support will have a way to carry it out...and populism never bodes well for the wealthy....

Are you serious, Clark? Why can't libs wrap their warped minds around the fact that we don't live in a pure democracy? The US has never been a pure democracy, and was never setup as one. The US is a representative republic. Our representatives are in congress to represent the districts that elected them. Good grief man, take a civics lesson or two.

Because we are a Representative Democracy and the protesters are not from the that District.
