I do this on the Claiborne/Westbank exit coming from NO east. People stay in the right lane until there's a double while line and the lanes split. Then they take the shoulder to pass up as many cars as they can. So I suddenly had an "emergency" so I had to turn my hazards on and pull on the shoulder. I "didn't" see the guy driving on the shoulder. You're not supposed to, so I figured I was safe pulling onto the shoulder. Oops

But yeah. That happens 90% of the time I take that exit. And there's always traffic there for whatever reason. Even at 2 am
