Yep. A few other states do, as well.
Makes for a miserable experience soemtimes. My freshman year we played in 9 degree weather. A few days later it was almost 90 degrees. Go figure.

i mean, its really not that bad at all. i played in about a handful of freezing temp games during 4 years of high school soccer.

One of my high school bummers was that you couldn't play soccer and basketball. Always wished soccer was in the fall or spring.
