I've got to replace my charger and know nothing about them. Will probably order from Ebay or Amazon, and am looking at the ProSport20 3 bank. Anyone have an opinion of this brand, or have suggestions on a dependable one?

Minn Kota. I bought a 4 bank digital one a year or so ago and have been pleased.

I got a minn Kota 2 bank on my xpress. It's a little large but it was easy to install, got a good warranty, reasonably priced and works great. Can't ask for much more imo.

Check out Dual Pro and NOCO Genius.

Dual Pro has good customer service and their chargers are well built, I have had two. NOCO chargers are compact and can be mounted easily. I have heard good things about NOCO. My Brother put one in his boat about a year ago, he is happy so far.

My advice would be don't go cheap, pay for a good one. Had a duel bank bought from Cabela's that would not switch to trickle when the battery was charged. Had the boat under the carport and the battery on the transom while I swapped banks because the trolling motor battery wasn't charging. Wired it up (correctly) and luckily had to bend down below the transom to grab the extension cord and plug it in. Apparently the charger running full wide open power evaporated all of the water from the battery and the second I plugged it in the plates arced immediately blowing the battery to pieces and sprayed battery acid in a 20ft radius. I have never felt a concussion like that, if I was not bending down behind the boat it could have been really bad.

I learned that day batteries are not to be fricked with.
