So when he/she fully transforms into a dude, will he/she still be able to wrestle on the girl's team? If not, then why is he/she allowed to wrestle in the middle of the change?

According to the UIL rules, if he wants to wrestle, he would have to do so in the girls division.
I don't know why this is so hard to understand. Put her/him in the boys division. Case closed.
