I read the first paragraph and stopped. First impression is that it was written by someone with less than average intelligence, even if you don't consider the content. I wondered the exact same thing. If this isn't the case, the school should be embarrassed of the content and the structure. My God, stupidity rolled up into illiteracy is a tough pill to swallow.
