Looks good, and I'd eat it, but I just don't get the whole tomahawk thing. This one, admittedly, isn't nearly as much a tomahawk as it is just a bone in ribeye. To the tomahawk it's simply a bone in ribeye that they leave the whole bone on to get you to pay extra money because it looks different. It's nothing more than marketing brilliance, but I ain't buying it.

At my Costco, the only prime ribeye they sell is the tomahawk. You can get the choice ribeye in cut up steaks or the whole roast
Actually got the same thing as OP over the weekend. $30 for this 2.3 lb prime ribeye that the wife and I split. I thought the marbling was superb
