yes but we evolved as social creatures and created/developed the concept of society for a reason. there are legitimate biological responses to "love" that are deeper than just sexual arousal/attraction (your body knows and produces oxytocin and that's what we call love, basically). and even when you get to procreation, being two legitimate parents leads to much more optimal outcomes with your children, and THAT creates an entirely new level of biological response. of course when your kids are young, most people are just addicted to the oxytocin the babies produce, but when you develop and mold those kids into positive reflections of yourself and your values, it creates a level of appreciation for yourself and your partner that is much deeper than any sort of biological response to hormones we emit
