You know in BR the neighborhood means everything. Guessing they are off Burbank by the soccer complex so I wouldn't pay a cent over 150k since its right next to the sewage plant, lovely smells, and they are right next to the levee. But then again neighborhood is everything.

That neighborhood backs up to Burbank soccer and not anywhere near the sewerage plant, nor anywhere near the levee. Ever been to BR? Houses from $265k to $325k in that hood.
