Just saw a hit and run on east state street

I was walking along State Street Saturday Night and a silver or gold truck came peeling out of the Circle K, lost control of the back end and accelerated directly into a car parked on the street. Totally wrecked it, moved it amount 5-6 feet. The truck got it pretty bad too but backed up and hauled out of there right away. Guy must've left the circle k parking lot going a good 45 mph. Hope y'all enjoyed my cool story.
Happened on E STate Street about 25 yards from the Circe K. My buddies and I were on foot and the truck actually hydroplaned within about 10 yards of us on the side of the road. Probably about ten other people saw it.

Did you try to get a license number or call police? What if that frick was drunk and hell and went on and hit someone else?

It was dark and all happened in about 10 seconds. The lights are all gold on that street and it's not well lit, only caught the first two letters of the plate.

Fair enough.
That really sucks. Although a truck driving around with serious damage will draw attention . Hope they don't hurt anyone

I did, the car that got hit was out in the middle of the road so I told them someone needed to come move it. There were two brpd suv's pulling out of the canes parking lot who didn't catch it and didn't see me trying wave them down.

Circle K probably had at least 4 cameras that caught pictures of him and his truck.
It is a shame that they smear used motor oil on the camera lenses. OK, it may not be motor oil but something makes their footage almost unreadable every time they get robbed.

Circle K probably has a camera inside and/or outside.
