Would you leave a job that you're getting paid a million dollars for a subpar performance?
Do you really think he cares it's his alma mater?
No one wants him gone more than me, but he is not resigning. And it doesn't do a damn thing to fire him now. This team was done a long time ago. Unlike football, there was nothing to salvage. What's so hard to understand here?

This is Fargas' 6th year as coach, her record is 93-71, the previous coach was 70-26. I am no very smart, but does not seem like progress.
